Human milk pasteurizer

[Ref : PAS10002]

The PAS10002 pasteurizer, with a capacity of 63 bottles, eliminates all microorganisms that may contaminate the milk while preserving as many nutritional and immunological components as possible.

Complies with SoHO standard 2024/1938/OI.

Several studies have shown that exposing milk to temperatures above 58°C for extended periods significantly degrades its immunological components (see studies by Prof. Czank, Dr. Buffin, Lactarium Paris). For this reason, all our pasteurizers are equipped with highly precise temperature regulation systems to prevent excessive heat exposure. Only a qualification using probes placed inside the bottles can accurately verify the temperatures.

The PAS10002 water-bath pasteurizer is currently the only patented process that allows rapid heating to 62.5°C and cooling to 4°C while ensuring continuous homogenization of the milk throughout the cycle.

  • Patented homogenization system
    • Water agitation by a propeller ensuring bath uniformity within ±0.5°C.
    • Bottle agitation guaranteeing milk homogeneity (only performance qualification can verify bath homogenization).
  • Cooling and water treatment unit
    • Chilled water reservoir enabling rapid cooling of bottles to 4°C.
    • Bath water filtration at 0.22 micron to prevent contamination.
    • Regeneration of 70% of cooled water.
    • Automated chemical decontamination cycle.
  • Reliability
    • One of the most precise pasteurizers on the market.
    • Robust tank and frame fully made of 304L stainless steel.
    • Hygienic and durable Corian® top surface.

Milk homogenization during the pasteurization cycle
Milk homogenization throughout the entire cycle — HSC pasteurizers on the right, other pasteurizers on the left.

The PAS10002 manages a range of cycles that take place before or after the pasteurization cycle.

  • Defrosting cycle
    • Defrosts the milk prior to pasteurization.
    • Controls the milk temperature throughout the entire cycle and maintains it at 4°C.
  • Cooling cycle
    • The cooling cycle can operate independently from the pasteurization cycle.
    • It is particularly useful for cooling formula milk after bottling.
  • Decontamination cycle
    • Disinfects all parts of the pasteurizer in contact with water (tanks, piping, etc.). Optional
