VisuTrace is a traceability software for HSC® pasteurizers.

VisuTrace allows real-time monitoring of the cycle, data archiving, and compliance analysis. No USB key or other risky data transfer methods are required, reducing potential errors and ensuring network security. Temperature readings are recorded every 2 seconds, providing clear evidence that the pasteurization process has been properly completed (larger intervals between readings would not guarantee cycle validation).

  • Connected directly to the pasteurizer or installed on the IT network, VisuTrace software is fully configurable:
    • User identification for each operator
    • Hospital name
    • Heating time
    • Minimum and maximum holding temperatures
    • Minimum and maximum holding time
    • Time above 58°C
    • Cooling temperature
    • Cooling duration
  • All this information is displayed in the pasteurization report, with validation confirming whether the required parameters have been met.
